Food Laboratory
The food laboratory is well recognized by the food and pharmaceutical industry. It is also accredited by the Mexican Accreditation Entity (EMA) to perform physicochemical and microbiological analyses in food.
It holds the A-064-009/10 accreditation for food safety.
The laboratory offers services to MSMEs by collaborating in their quality control laboratories in order to improve the processes. It also performs bromatological analysis, national and exportation nutrition facts table, microbiological and toxicological analyses, metal detection in food, water, packaging, among others.
It also performs quality audits, project development, professional consultancy, appraisals before official agencies, among others.
